Are these versions for Stable Diffusion installed on a computer? Is there an online option?

Hmm… I don’t know about online usage options for these models… Of course, paid hosting is possible… But I don’t know about existing ones.

I am in the same boat, really hoping to revive SD 2.1 somehow. I am willing to pay the cost of hosting, but would like how to go about doing that. Anybody know how?

I’ve just set it to “PAUSED” because I don’t have enough slots, but it’ll work if you duplicate it to ZeroGPU or GPU Spaces . If you’re a Pro subscription subscriber, there’s no extra charge for ZeroGPU. Or rather, its key features of the Pro subscription.
