Conversion
  The released fp32 weights were loaded into a plain PyTorch re-authoring of the per-chunk
  network and exported with Apple coreai-torch 0.4.1 / coreai-core 1.0.0b2. No weights were
  retrained, pruned or quantized; the fp16 bundle stores the released weights in half precision.
  The feature stacking projection, the learned silence embedding and the mel frontend constants
  are shipped as raw float32 files next to the graph. Converted and published by mlboydaisuke
